I've been here before in that past and I could tell this place needed a bit of work but once I came back a few days ago I saw that they had cleaned the place up. They have a happy hour, they bought new furniture for up stairs and downstairs, they repainted upstairs, their elevators are working now ,they power washed the wooden dock that leads to the beach ,the food quality improved and the drinks were great. The service was also great. While we were eating we saw people skydiving right onto the beach in front of us. It was a very enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this place. I also can't wait to come back to this place in the summer and order one of their 20$ bucket drinks, you also get to keep the bucket. They really did turn this place around.

Five stars plus for the wonderful staff who made our wedding there perfect. Thank you to Anthony, Victoria, Jen, Josh, Marco (and others whose names we didn't get) for your enthusiasm for our wedding, setting up decorations and tables on the upper level, playing the music we loved, and making sure we had everything we needed for a lovely beachfront lunch. They even purchased gluten free tortillas for our GF guests. It was a lovely day getting married on their beach followed by a mimosa toast, delicious food and low-key afternoon at Sand on the Beach.

Fast and friendly service, absolutely beautiful view of the ocean you can walk to. Lobster Reuben and french fries are great, and my little dog was so happy to get his grilled chicken breast. Everybody loves a happy dog and the music is perfect here.

There are not many options for beach bars on that side of Melbourne Beach, and we love location and the views (also we love that we can bring our dogs on the first level). We come here every year when we are on vacation and years ago, I thought the food and drinks were amazing. However, for the past couple years, it's more of a tradition to go there rather than me truly enjoying the place. The food was ok, but nothing spectacular. The cocktails tasted ok, but felt very weak and didn't really give a buzz. I usually do one cocktail and have a few options I choose from, and Margarita is one of those cocktails that usually hits me harder, but after having one here, I didn't feel like I even had a drink. Other people at dinner felt the same way. Also, I know the prices are going up everywhere, but I found cocktails to be quite expensive compared to other places. For $15 at this place I would expect something fancier than a simple margarita.

Ducked in with the family for a a happy birthday party and it was a fine time, here's why: * Excellent location, sat right on the beach. * Free parking, but spots are kind of limited, so be advised. * Well staffed, at least while I was there. Excellent service from Francesca! * Pretty good food, loved the Quesadillas and the garlic parmesan wings!!! Chef kiss! * Excellent view. Patrons go to the beach through the spot. * Excellent older aesthetic to the joint that resonates. I like the vibe. * Downstairs no A/C, upstairs has A/C, and may be a bikini bar? I must return. * Appropriately priced drinks. Good stuff, see you there! I need to possibly add them to my food tour operation. Cabeza OUT!

Whenever I visit brevard county, I HAVE to come here at least once. But tbh I'm usually here every morning They open at 8am (upstairs at 830-9am) - they're so accommodating here Everyone is super nice The breakfast is always tasty And you CANNOT beat the view. Last time I got the Cali Benedict and I've gotten the breakfast BLT Both fresh and phenomenal Mimosas to fruity rum drinks They have you covered. I'm sure they have beer but I don't drink it If you're sitting on the second floor patio BRING SUNSCREEN it's full on sunshine and happiness They are open for lunch (and dinner) but I'm usually full and tipsy by then So we make our way to the beach straight from the restaurant to see dolphins and manatees make their way down the coast or to watch the surfers catch a few when the swells are big enough This is my happy place

Excellent service from DaMiley. (Loved your curls!) we grabbed two seats outside overlooking the beautiful ocean. (This was from June 2022-not sure why it never posted live??) My friend ordered a hamburger with bacon and cheese. I got the seared ahi tuna tacos And a cucumber crush cocktail. Nothing but a laid back relaxing experience here. The menu has a pretty big variety of seafood, salads and rice bowls. They also serve breakfast til 11. Today (10/2023) we went here just for drinks. It is a nice upstairs bar and good service again. Beautiful view of the ocean. It was a super windy day so the breeze was just too much downstairs. A lovely place for a small bite to eat and a cool beverage.
